A tasting of 5 natural Prosecco's in London on Tuesday 3rd May looks to be a very interesting event.
Until the 1970's most Prosecco was double-fermented in bottle and the resulting wine was gently sparkling, cloudy and retained its Fondo, sediment in the bottle.Selezione Zanotto is holding this tasting at the Wine Wharf in Borough Market, London, SE1 on Tuesday evening at 7pm and it is an invitation only event. Olive Oil Workshops

Sagraitalia along with Olivaverde will be holding tastings of Italian and Maltese olive oils in London, Norwich and Kings Lynn in the summer and autumn of 2011. The first is to be held in Belgravia in early May possibly with the co operation of Slow Food London, with the following workshop to be held in Norwich in the last week of May.

Le Marche wine tasting event.

The Le Marche wine tasting event in Belgravia last Tuesday proved to be a very popular evening with many of the attendees requesting that we hold further similar events over the next year. Originally scheduled to finish at 8pm it was so popular that the tasting did not finish until closer to 10pm.
