Natural Prosecco Tasting

A tasting of 5 natural Prosecco's in London on Tuesday 3rd May looks to be a very interesting event.
Until the 1970's most Prosecco was double-fermented in bottle and the resulting wine was gently sparkling, cloudy and retained its Fondo, sediment in the bottle.

Wine and Olive oil tasting events.

We are all excited to be going to the Slow wine event in Victoria, London on March 11th and we are planning to hold a small party later that evening for some of the exhibitors and members of Slow Food.
